Can I buy from every country with DancE’Commerce online shop?
DancE’Commerce online shop offers the possibility to transact purchases from every country. Please inquire, if the supply goes to an address which country is not in the billing or shipping option list.

How can I pay in the online shop?
You can pay by credit card transfer, offered by PayPal, or the regular PayPal transaction. Dutch customers can also use IDeal or pay by cash when picking up the products. Payment by bank is also no problem. Please request a bank transfer and we will send you the details. After we received the full payment the goods will be shipped.

How big are the costs for shipping?
We forward the shipping expenses to you from € 6,95 in the Netherlands and € 10,00 in Europe, up to a weight of 2kg. Other countries can differ in forwarding expenses. If possible we use a track&trace number to track the delivery status of your order online.

How long does the shipping take?
The shipping of the purchased products at DancE’Commerce online shop take place with an international courier service. The delivery time is approx. 5 working-days or otherwise if noted at the relevant products. This delivery time for can vary per country. We give every shipment a tracking number to let you follow your own products as they are being shipped and delivered.

Can I really buy online without any risk?
DancE’Commerce is conscious about the importance of security via online and Internet purchase. Therefore we guarantee you complete security with your purchases in our online shop, because of our collaboration with PayPal and ICEpay International Internet Services.

Can I return bought articles at DancE’Commerce online shop or change them?
You can exchange the articles in another size and/or color if available. Please notify us by e-mail within 8 days of delivery and return within 2 weeks. To return by post use the following address: DancE’CommerceLievensweg 101, NL-6562 XM, Groesbeek, The Netherlands. For hygenic reasons make-up is excluded from conversion and/or from refund, with exception of unsatisfactory commodity. If you choose to exchange you will receive the requested product accompanied by an invoice with the deliviry costs and the difference in price.

Can I buy articles of MALY fashion, Fabulous Cosmetics or Topline, which are not displayed in the online shop?
If the article is not available in the size and/or color you are looking for, please send us an email and we will see what we can do for you. We would like to point out that the selection of the articles which are offered in our online shop is in constant change and will be regularly renewed due to offer and season.
